Milling procedure that is performed on the bone or other tissue of a patient in order to create in said tissue a cavity of suitable size and shape to accommodate an implant (or for other purposes requiring tissue regeneration), which characterized by low-speed milling performed without irrigation without heating and cell tissue damage occurs. Through a special design of the milling tools are further able to recover particles of tissue removed during milling without using suction machines, presenting these particles optimal biological condition for use in autografting due to the embodiment of the milling, without heating or irrigation.
