Compound comprising the formula: ** (See formula) ** wherein R1 is selected from peroxy, hydroxy, halogen, and thiol; R2 is selected from glucuronide, sulphate, phosphate, pyrophosphate and -SNOC4H7; and R3 is selected from hydroxyl, ketone and ester, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, with the proviso that when R2 is -SNOC4H7, R1 is -OH and R 3 is ketone.
