Provided are a method for obtaining resource allocation information and a terminal device using the same. The terminal device for obtaining the resource allocation information comprises an RF unit and a processor. Through superframe headers, the RF unit receives from a base station information on the number of subbands allocated to data subframes which do not include the superframe headers. The processor calculates the number of subbands of 2nd frequency bands on the basis of: the received information on the number of the subbands; preset overall system bandwidths; and the bandwidths of the 2nd frequency bands that are the frequency bands excluding the 1st frequency bands to which the superframe headers are allocated. In addition, the processor calculates the number of minibands allocated to the 2nd frequency bands on the basis of: the calculated number of the subbands of the 2nd frequency band; and the number of PRUs(Physical Resource Units) that correspond to the bandwidths preset in the 2nd frequency bands.
