The present invention relates to a method for providing user incentives for increasing email viewing rates and has the technical aim of providing a method for providing user incentives for increasing email viewing rates which involves attaching a dividend accumulation-type incentive icon that can be attached to an advertisement email when the advertisement email is sent, to not only increase the viewing of corporate advertisement emails, but to also enable a user that receives and views the sent advertisement email to receive a new reward service. A specific means for achieving the above aim according to the present invention is provided with a system comprising: a service administrator server; a client server having an online connection to the service administrator server; an advertiser server that requests the sending of advertisement emails, which has an online connection to the service administrator server; and a user server that receives advertisement emails from the service administrator server. The system is used to perform the steps of: buying reward items, generating incentive icons, signing up receiving members, executing advertisement contracts, sending advertisement emails, accumulating incentive icons, using accumulated icons, and compiling a viewing report.
