An inoculation method for edible fungus seed comprises the following steps: loading culture medium material into a container (2), stirring the culture medium material by a stirring device provided on the container, inducing steam into the container for steam sterilizing, cooling after sterilizing, and inoculating the fungus seed into the container, and at the same time starting the stirring device on the container to stir. A culture method for edible fungus mycelium comprises the following steps: inoculating according to the above inoculation method, and culturing mycelium. An inoculation or culture device for implementing the above inoculation and culture method comprises a container, a stirring device and some inlets and outlets provided on the container. The method and device can shorten the process flow and reduce the culture cost of the edible fungus.
