A circuit card comprises conductive patterns (1, 2, 5, 6) and a web (3) made of glass fibers. At least one non-conductive blocking component (11.1) for blocking the growth of a conductive filament (12.1) along a glass fiber connects a conductive pattern to another conductive pattern. An independent claim is included for a method for increasing the resistivity of a circuit card to the formation of conductive filaments.
