Provided is a unitized disinfection system. For example, in a passageway, a doorway, or the like which connects an existing isolation ward with an existing general ward, the disinfection system is set up which is prefabricated and unitized so as to be assembled and disassembled as an example, thereby conducting disinfection to prevent germs or the like from moving between the wards and infecting a person or being dispersed to outside. The disinfection system is provided with wall bodies (6-9), inside/outside shielding bodies, and spray means (10). The wall bodies (6-9) are set up in a passageway (1) or doorway of a building and constitute a passageway space (R), the cross section of which is an approximately rectangular shape having such a size that a person can pass therethrough. The inside/outside shielding bodies are formed of a door (12), an air curtain (13a), and the like, which can be opened and closed and are installed at front and rear opening parts of the passageway space (R). The spray means (10) of chemical solutions for disinfection (hereinafter, simply referred to as "sterile water") which include at least disinfection active ingredients such as sodium hypochlorite and are harmless to humans and animals spray the sterile water in the space (R).
