A method for lifting and lowering equipment within the rotor head of a wind-driven electricity generation device (1), the method enabling the equipment within the rotor head (4) to be lifted and lowered without the use of an external crane. The method for lifting and lowering equipment within the rotor head comprises: a step for attaching a temporary winch rail (50) to a rail support section (44) previously provided within the rotor head (4); a step for installing a temporary winch (51) on the temporary winch rail (50); a step for opening a maintenance hatch provided to the rotor head (4); and a step for lifting and lowering, by means of the temporary winch (51), the equipment (P) to be replaced, which is attached and detached within the rotor head (4), from an opening (43) for lifting and lowering which is provided in the maintenance hatch.
