The scale-holder has multi-part profiles that are made of a light alloy or plastic, which form a receiving space for receiving a glass plate (39) and another receiving space. The latter receiving space is connected to the former receiving space for receiving another glass plate (41). The former receiving space has two hook-engageable profiles. An independent claim is also included for a method for a high-speed assembly for plates or glass plates.
