The container lid (1) has a lockable opening and a cover surface (3) made of plastic material and edge section (2) surrounding the cover surface. The cover surface has an opening range (11) limited by a circulating breaking notch. A double-armed lever organ is provided for breaking through the breaking notch. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing container lid.
