PURPOSE: A system and a method of transferring content in a wireless network are provided to use a code in transmitting piece content by generating a related information code for piece content, thereby quickly transmitting the piece content to a client in a low speed wireless network.;CONSTITUTION: A plurality of content servers(100) stores piece content and a related information code of the piece content. A distribution and management system(200) collects the related information code of the piece content and a URL(Uniform Resource Locator) data of the content server. A client(300) includes a content control device(310) and a content output/display device(320).
