PURPOSE: An adhesive plate, a manufacturing method thereof, a display plate for reading using thereof, and a manufacturing method of the display plate for reading are provided to diffusely reflect the light reflected from a reflector, and to prevent the glare. CONSTITUTION: An adhesive plate(1) attached with a diffusely reflective material, for forming a display plate for reading contains the following: the diffusely reflective material(2) with a constant thickness, incident on the light from the light source for diffusely reflecting; a first adhesive layer formed by spreading a first adhesive to one side of the diffusely reflective material; a floor plate(3) to attach the diffusely reflective material on one side; a second adhesive layer formed by spreading a second adhesive to the other side of the floor plate; and a protective member(4) covering the second adhesive layer.
