PURPOSE: A method for improving electromagnetic properties of soft magnetic materials using an electron beam is provided to improve efficiency of an electronic device by reducing magnetic hysteresis loss. CONSTITUTION: An electronic beam is emitted to a soft magnetic substance. The soft magnetic substance is made of Co, Ni or Fe. The soft magnetic substance has a powder, thin film, core, ribbon and wire form. An electromagnetic irradiation is performed under a room temperature. The electronic beam inspection is performed using beam voltage of 1-10 MeV and current of 1-10 mA. The soft magnetic substance is used for a device selected from an inverter, a transformer and an inductor.
