PURPOSE: An alkali-dispersible hotmelt adhesive composition is provided to remove label from a PET bottle without the residue of glue, and to be easily separated. CONSTITUTION: An alkali-dispersible hotmelt adhesive composition comprises a thermoplastic elastomer(A), a rosin-based tackifier(B) with an acid value of 100 mgKOH/g or more and 300 mgKOH/g or less, synthetic oil(C), wax(D) in which penetration of 25 C is 10 dmm or less, and polyethylene glycol(E) in which number average molecular weight is 1,000 or more.
