PURPOSE: A system and a method for settling mobile phone by code completion OTP(One Time Password) authentication, and a recording medium are provided to simplify credit card payment procedure while enhancing the security thereof.;CONSTITUTION: A wired terminal requests the payment for a certain product, and an OTP(One Time Password) generation module generates an OTP. A payment module stores payment information including credit card information, and a mobile terminal transmits the generated OTP and the payment information to an electronic commerce server. An electronic commerce(30) server receives product selection information and client information and transmits the payment information to a payment relay server(50).
