PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device and an organic layer depositing device for manufacturing the same are provided to easily recycle deposition materials and improve deposition efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: One or more thin film transistors(TFT) are formed on a substrate(50) and include a semiconductor active layer(52), a gate electrode(54) insulated from the semiconductor active layer, a source electrode(56) and a drain electrode(57) in contact with the semiconductor active layer. A plurality of pixel electrodes(61) are formed on the thin film transistor. A plurality of organic films(62) are formed on the pixel electrodes. The plurality of organic films arranged on each deposition region have more shadow as the organic films are far away from the center of each deposition region.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
