FABRICATION METHOD OF HIGH-PERFORMANCE CLAY BRICKS AND CLAY FLOOR BRICKS USING BROKEN GLASS

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a clay brick or a clay floor brick using waste glass is provided to reduce the manufacturing cost by decreasing the plasticizing temperature using waste glass micro powder. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a clay brick using waste glass comprises the following steps: producing waste glass micro powder(S110); mixing kaolin, feldspar, clay, and the waste glass micro powder(S120); producing base soil by adding water to the mixture from the previous step(S130); extruding the base soil for molding(S140); drying the molded product(S150); and plasticizing the dried product(S160).
