PURPOSE: A method for allocating a virtual IP for preventing the collision error in case of practicing the application in which a plurality of users binds with the identical IP connection in server-based computing system of the terminal environment and the terminal server apparatus thereof prevents a restricted service due to the IP duplication with a access to the application server based on in the virtual IP. In that way application is used without limit. CONSTITUTION: A terminal service execution unit(312) is created the terminal session depending for the terminal(100-1~100-N). In a terminal session, if the specific application is processed, a terminal service operator receives the allocation of the virtual IP from the virtual IP(Internet Protocol) agent(311). A terminal service operator stores the virtual IP in the virtual IP DB(330). A terminal service operator connects based on the virtual IP as the external application server(500-1~500-N).
