PURPOSE: A zinc oxide-based conductor is provided to increase solid solubility limit of gallium in ZnO through stress relief by codoping Mn together with Ga to ZnO and to improve electron concentration, movement, and conductivity of GZO.;CONSTITUTION: A zinc oxide-based conductor is such that Mn together with Ga is codoped to ZnO. The Ga and Mn are doped in the concentration of 0.01~10 at% and 0.01~5 at%, preferably 2~8 at% and 0.1~2 at%, more preferably 4~6 at% and 0.2~1.5 at%. The zinc oxide-based conductor is a transparent conductor used as an electrode of a solar cell or a liquid crystal display.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
