POWDER MANUFACTURING PROCESS USING RIND AND PIP OF RUBUS COREANUS

PURPOSE: A producing method of fermented powder using by-products of rubus coreanus is provided to recycle the by-products of the rubus coreanus generated when producing health promoting food using the rubus coreanus. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented powder using by-products of rubus coreanus comprises the following: fermenting rubus coreanus berries to obtain rubus coreanus juice and the solid rubus coreanus by-products; separating the juice from the solid rubus coreanus by-products; adding sugar to the rubus coreanus by-products; inserting a liquid pine extract, and sea weed fusiforme powder to the rubus coreanus by-products; injecting yeast into the mixture, and fermenting for 15~20days at 23~27deg C; separating solid portions from the fermented mixture, and crushing to make powder.
