PURPOSE: An on-line Interactive learning and management system is provided to set a communication means between a user and a manager of the learning management system through a personalized interface. CONSTITUTION: A teaching module(121) generates each operation interface. In order to generate a personalized operating interface for the interactive learning, the operation interface loads a personal setting for each user of the teaching group. A management module(122) generates a management interface for a plurality of users. The administration module performs receiving the message and displaying the message for the operation interface. The teaching performs receiving message and displaying message for the management interface.
