PURPOSE: A system for controlling a motor-operated valve is provided to precisely open a valve and to enable the opened degree of the valve to be checked in real time.;CONSTITUTION: A system for controlling a motor-operated valve comprises a valve, a motor(120), a gear unit(130), a rotation sensor(140) and a motor control unit(150). The valve is rotatably installed on a pipe, in which fluid flows, and controls the pipe by a rotating operation. The motor is installed on the outside of the pipe and supplies torque to the valve. The gear unit is installed between the motor and the valve and transmits the torque from the motor to the valve. The rotation sensor is installed on the rotary shaft of the motor, senses the rotation and the number of rotation of the motor, and converts the sensed signal to a digital signal.
