PURPOSE: A control system for a motor-operated valve is provided to transfer the preset operation setting value of a motor-operated valve to an operation unit and precisely control the operation setting value through the operation unit.;CONSTITUTION: A control system for a motor operated valve comprises an operation unit (300) and a user terminal (100). The operation setting value of a motor-operated valve (500) is stored in the operation unit. The operation unit converts the operation setting value into an electrical signal and transfers the converted electrical signal to the motor-operated valve. The user terminal transfers the operation setting value to the operation unit and receives the operation records of the motor-operated valve to monitor the operation state of the motor-operated valve. The motor-operated valve comprises a second storage unit and a second display unit.
