PURPOSE: A producing method of instant food using patinopecten yessoensis is provided to improve the taste, the flavor, the texture, and the nutrition of the instant food, and to simplify a producing method. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of instant food using patinopecten yessoensis comprises the following steps: collecting the patinopecten yessoensis, and washing; inserting the washed patinopecten yessoensis into water, steaming, and removing shells; adding supplementary material selected from patinopecten yessoensis porridge, patinopecten yessoensis soup, or patinopecten yessoensis powder, to the steamed patinopecten yessoensis without the shells; filling a can pipe or a retort pouch with the mixture; and sterilizing the obtained instant food at 0~150deg C, and freezing for 5minutes~5hours.
