PURPOSE: A light emitting diode apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the heat radiation function of the light emitting diode die by installing the light emitting diode die on the lead frame made of metal.;CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode die(12) is installed on a lead frame(11). A fluorescent layer(13) is formed on the light emitting diode die. A reflecting body(14) is installed on the lead frame. The reflecting body is formed to surround the light emitting diode die.
