PURPOSE: An online document downloading terminal and an online document downloading method using the same are provided to optimally download online documents by individually displaying the downloading state of the online documents. CONSTITUTION: A multi-processing module(131a) selects online documents to simultaneously download from a web server through an input part and outputs the online documents through n output part. A folder managing module(131b) manages the personal folder in a storing part for downloading the online documents. A state displaying module(131f) displays the downloading state of the online documents. A transmission interrupting module(131g) provides a transmission interrupting function with respect to the online documents.
