PURPOSE: pot and steam copper are provided the top steaming plate to allow steam uniformly in contact with food due to part stream, and another part steam stream is along bottom surface steam plate. ;CONSTITUTION: pot and steam copper include main body (2), intermediate sill wall part (4), steaming plate (10) and a lid. The main body, which forms disk cookware, has the intermediate sill wall part of wide bottom and low sidewall to be formed in main body and the inside main body for stretching out side wall along side wall ladder-like. The edge steam plate hangs over intermediate sill wall portion, which has multiple holes (7) drilled out. The lid is detachably coupled to the main body at top. ;The 2011 of copyright KIPO submissions
