DEWATERING DEVICE USING THE CENTRIFUGAL FORCE OF A DEWATERING BASKET

PURPOSE: A dewatering device is provided to improve productivity by simplifying the structure of a gear unit and to easily dewater a rag using centrifugal force occurred in a dewatering basket.;CONSTITUTION: A dewatering device comprises a main body(10), a dewatering basket(20), a rotary shaft(30), a stepping member(40), and a gear unit(50). The main body comprises a water containing space(11) and a driving compartment(12). The driving compartment is formed in one lower side of the water containing space, and the side is opened. The dewatering basket is rotatably installed in the water containing space. One end of the rotary shaft is connected to the center of the dewatering basket, and the other end is extended to the driving compartment. The stepping member is vertically swung. One end of the stepping member is rotatably coupled to the inside the driving compartment, and the other end is extended to the outside the driving compartment. The gear unit rotates the rotary shaft by using the pushing force of the stepping member.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
