PURPOSE: A miniaturized local corrosion monitor unit and a monitoring method using the same are provided to decipher the local corrosion by detecting the exact voltage noise signal. CONSTITUTION: The corrosion created in the inner surface of the metal material(10) in which the miniature local corrosion monitor unit is the solution in inside is put is sensed. When in the sensor unit(20), the metal material actuates on the working electrode, in order to be separated to the state dipped in the solution state of the metal material inside with the metal material inner surface and it puts opposite it enters into and it actuates on the reference electrode.
