A kind of realization fallback procedure is disclosed from packet switch (PS) radio access technologies (RAT) to circuit (CS) RAT. Paging message is received in wireless transmitter/receiver unit (WTRU) via PS RAT, paging message includes WTRU identifiers and domain indicator, the wherein service of the indicator instruction paging domain and CS RAT. If the reception for the identifier that WTRU identifiers are stored in paging message match, fallback procedure WTRU is performed to CS RAT. Paging message is responded, which distributes to WTRU using CS RAT-based identifiers.
