PURPOSE: An anti-helicobacter composition containing ishige okamurae extract is provided to suppress urease of helicobacter pylori and to prevent or relieve duodenal diseases.;CONSTITUTION: An anti-helicobacter composition contains ishige okamurae extract as an active ingredient. The extract is isolated using one or more kinds of solvent selected from the group consisting of water and alcohol of 1-4 carbon atoms. The extract is fractioned by a solvent selected from the group consisting of hexane, methylene chloride, acetone, ethyl acetate, ethyl ether, chloroform, water, and mixture thereof.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
