PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte doped with a quantum dot and dye-sensitized solar battery using the same are provided to apply a gel type or solid type polymer electrolyte doped with a quantum dot as an electrolyte of the dye-sensitized solar battery, thereby increasing the photoelectric efficiency of a solar battery. CONSTITUTION: A metal oxide semiconductor layer(14) is formed on a first substrate(12). An optical electrode(10) includes a dye absorbed in the metal oxide semiconductor layer. A counterpart electrode(20) includes a second conductive substrate(22) and the metal layer(24) of the second conductive substrate. A polymer electrolyte(52) doped with a quantum dot is interposed between the optical electrode and the counter electrode. The polymer electrolyte doped with the quantum dot is in gel solid form.
