SONGPYUN(HALF-MOON-SHAPED RICE CAKE) USING MULBERRY LEAVES, AND A PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Songpyun(half-moon-shaped rice cake) using mulberry leaves, and a producing method thereof are provided to offer the songpyun instead of the songpyun using pine needles.;CONSTITUTION: A producing method of songpyun(half-moon-shaped rice cake) using mulberry leaves comprises the following steps: dipping rice into water, and crushing; steaming the mulberry leaves at 90~110deg C for 30seconds~5minutes, and removing the moisture; mixing the crushed rice and the mulberry leaves in a ratio of 2~6:1; adding 60~80deg C water into the water, and kneading for 20~40minutes; preparing fillings for the songpyun; producing skins for the songpyun using the kneaded mixture; and inserting the fillings into the skins, and steaming.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
