PURPOSE: A lead-free glass-frit for sealant and a method for synthesizing filler for the glass-frit are provided to regulate the coefficient of thermal expansion of the sealant to be the same as that of a soda-lime-glass substrate by synthesizing MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-based cordierite filler, Li2O-Al2O3-SiO2-based ceramics eucryptite, and spodumene. CONSTITUTION: A lead-free glass-frit for sealant includes 1 to 25 weight% of R2O3, 1 to 20 weight% of RO, 1 to 10 weight% of R2O, 1 to 5 weight% of V2O5, and Sn2P2O7 as the raw material composition of the glass-frit which is applicable for a soda-lime glass substrate. The R of the R2O3 represents Al, B, Bi, and La. The R of the RO represents Ca, Ba, Mg, Zn, and Mg.
