PURPOSE: A method for producing bamboo salt containing Rubus coreanus Miquel is provided to ensure antioxidation and pharmacological efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: A method for producing bamboo salt containing Rubus coreanus Miquel comprises: a step of pressing and concentrating fresh Rubus coreanus Miquel to prepare Rubus coreanus Miquel extract; and a step of spray-coating 2-5% of Rubus coreanus Miquel extract to 95-98 weight% of bamboo salt. The spray-coating is performed by spraying 2% and 5% of Rubus coreanus Miquel extract to once to nine times-baked bamboo salt.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
