PURPOSE: A lock device for a vehicle seat rail is provided to stably restrict a movable rail since a lock bracket is partitioned into first, second, and third lock brackets.;CONSTITUTION: A lock device for a vehicle seat rail comprises a guide bracket(21), a lock bracket, a spring plate, and a lock lever(27). The guide bracket is coupled with a moving rail(5). The lock bracket is partitioned into multiple pieces, and two forks are formed thereon, respectively. The multiple partitioned lock brackets are adjacent to each other along the longitudinal direction of the movable rail. One end of the spring plate is supported on the guide bracket, and the other end is installed on the partitioned lock brackets.
