PURPOSE: A movement route information providing method and system thereof are provided to directly insert location information into multimedia data in case a user collects information by using a mobile terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A location check information collecting unit(210) includes a location check module. The location check information collecting unit collects location check information through the location check module. A multimedia data collecting unit(220) collects multimedia data which is inputted according to the manipulation of a user. A movement route information collecting unit(230) receives the location check information from the position check information collecting unit. The movement route information collecting unit receives multimedia data from the multimedia data collecting unit.
