PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device is provided to form a capping layer with a multi-layered film wherein each layer of the multi-layered film has a different refractive index to effectively amplify light, thereby increasing light efficiency.;CONSTITUTION: An organic light emitting display device(70) is formed on a substrate(111). A driving circuit unit(DC) is formed on a buffer layer(120). The organic light emitting display device emits light by a driving signal from the driving circuit unit. A capping layer(500) is formed on the organic light emitting device.
