摘要

PURPOSE: A producing method of a copper-tin-selenide nanocrystal using the colloidal synthesis, the copper-tin-selenide nanocrystal, and a photocell using thereof are provided to secure the excellent purity and the crystallinity of the nanocrystal. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a copper-tin-selenide nanocrystal comprises the following steps: mixing oleyamine, copper(I)chloride, tin(II)chloride, and selenium for obtaining a dispersed mixture solution; bubbling nitrogen in the dispersed mixture solution for removing oxygen and water; reacting the dispersed mixture solution at 150~200deg C; and separating the copper-tin-selenide nanocrystal from the reacted dispersed mixture solution.
