PURPOSE: A cluster based data transmission method in a wireless sensor network is provided to improve the efficiency of data integration by concentrating the transmission of data to a specific cluster head. ;CONSTITUTION: A border node is located in the edge of a cluster. A temporary cluster head is temporarily selected as a cluster head among a plurality of border nodes. If a target is detected by at least one of the border nodes within a temporary cluster including the border node and the temporary cluster head, the temporary cluster head collects data from the border node.
