FUSION PROTEIN COMPRISING UBIQUITIN OR UBIQUITIN-LIKE PROTEIN, MEMBRANE TRANSFER DOMAIN AND BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE MOLECULE AND USES THEREOF

PURPOSE: A fusion protein containing ubiquitin or ubiquitin-like protein, and biologically active molecule linked to a membrane transfer domain, is provided to effectively transfer the biologically active molecule into cells. CONSTITUTION: A membrane permerable fusion protein contains: ubiquitin or ubiquitin-like protein; a membrane transfer domain which is linked to the C-term of ubiquitin or ubiuqitin-like protein; and biologically active molecule which is linked to the C-terminal. Ubiquitin or ubiquitin-like protein is a wild type or mutant type. The mutant ubiquitin has amino acid which is substutid from Lys to Arg.
