PURPOSE: An apparatus for inspecting a cassette transferring robot and a method for inspecting the cassette transferring robot using the same are provided to previously prevent the damage of glass by correcting the position of a robot arm. ;CONSTITUTION: A cassette(10) loads a plurality of glasses. The position of a robot arm inserted into the cassette is inspected by an inspecting unit. The inspecting unit includes a marking part and an image taking part. The marking part is attached to one side of a robot arm, and the image taking part is installed at the upper side of the cassette. Data related to the inspected position of the robot arm is transferred to a controlling unit(40). The controlling unit verifies and corrects the position value of the robot arm.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
