A vibrator case is composed of first and second sides which are installed on both sides of a curved direction with regard to a vibrator and a connection unit which connects the first and second sides. By doing so, the distortion of the vibrator case is suppressed by improving rigidity on the curved direction of the vibrator. Also, this structure secures high rigidity and miniaturizes the vibrator case by reducing the size of the vibrator case if the same rigidity is secured. Therefore, implemented is a piezoelectric motor capable of sufficiently securing driving precision and suppressing the increase in size of the piezoelectric motor.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2014
