PURPOSE: An escape device provided to a rail vehicle and a fixing method for a rail vehicle of the escape device are provided to install an escape device to a side sliding door of a rail vehicle selectively, and to fix an escape device to a side sliding door of a rail vehicle with simple compositions and orders. ;CONSTITUTION: An escape device(200) provided to a rail vehicle comprises: a main body frame(210); fall prevention plates(230) installed along the vertical edge of two longitudinal ends of the main body frame; a step(242) connected to a retention frame(240) keeping a spiral case(260) provided with a spiral way for passengers to slide; and a shift device installed to the bottom of the main body frame to convey the escape device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
