PURPOSE: A method for culturing mouse embryonic stem cells using human placenta-derived feeder cells is provided to save cost for preparing mouse embryonic fibroblast(MEF). ;CONSTITUTION: A method for culturing mouse embryonic stem cells comprises: a step of preparing human placenta-derived feeder cells(HPC); a step of transferring mouse embryonic stem cells on the feeder cells; and a step of culturing the stem cells without leukemia inhibitory factor(LIF). The HPC is a human placenta-derived fibroblast-like cells. The HPC is derived from chorionic plastes. A culture medium contains serum, mercaptoethanol, non-essential amino acid, and antibiotics.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
