PURPOSE: A carrier frequency band or a segment allocation exchanging method and a transmission power of a femto type base station management method are provided to selectively control the transmission power of around femto type base stations by exchanging a carrier frequency band or a segment allocation. ;CONSTITUTION: One of the femto type base station decides whether a necessity of a segment allocation changing or the carrier frequency band that communicates one or more terminals that is based on controlled transmission power size and a signal connection data(316). In case the carrier frequency band or segment allocation need to be changed, the one of the femto type base station transmits a carrier frequency band change request message or a segment allocation alteration require-message to an ACS(Auto Configuration Server)(318,320).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
