PURPOSE: A femto base station, a method for managing the femto base station and a method for allocating frequency band in the apparatus are provided to reduce interference between the synchronization information channels between a macrocell and a femtocell or between the femtocells.;CONSTITUTION: A storing unit (310) stores information of a first frequency band allocated to a macro base station of a macrocell and information of the frequency band which is to be allocated to a femto base station. A control unit (330) allocates a second frequency band to the femto base station on the basis of the information stored in the storing unit. The control unit stores the allocated second frequency band information in the storing unit. The control unit allocates the second frequency band having wider range than the first frequency band to the femto base station.
