PURPOSE: A fastening device of the disc valve plate to the long shaft of a butterfly valve is provided to prevent the inner surface of an insertion hole and the outer surface of a long shaft from becoming corroded since fluid does not permeate the inside of the insertion hole. ;CONSTITUTION: A fastening device of the disc valve plate to the long shaft of a butterfly valve comprises a hole(12), a groove(15), an O ring(30) and a rivet(40). The hole is formed to be communicated with an insertion hole(12) on the circumferential surface of a disc valve plate(10). The groove is formed on both ends of the hole. The O-ring is inserted into the groove. The rivet is fastened to the hole and a communicating hole(21).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2011
