CHECK VALVE FOR TRANSFERRING FLUID WITH IMPROVED GUIDE FIXING STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF STABLY SHIELDING FLUID WITH A VALVE DISC

PURPOSE: A check valve for transferring fluid is provided to have a simple assembly process as guides inserted in slots are simultaneously fixed in longitudinal and vertical directions by fixing bolts.;CONSTITUTION: A check valve for transferring fluid(1) comprises a valve body(10) and a disc assembly(20). A passage(11) penetrates through the valve body. Slots are longitudinally formed in both inner walls of the valve body. In the disc assembly, a pair of valve discs(21) penetrating a hinge pin(22) is elastically supported by a spring(23). Guides(24) inserted in the slots are arranged in both ends of the hinge pin. Coupling grooves(12a,24a) are longitudinally formed on the slots and the guides. The guides inserted in the slots are longitudinally entered to the coupling grooves to be longitudinally fixed by fixing bolts(25). Sub-coupling grooves(12b) and sub-coupling holes(24b) are vertically formed on the inner wall of the slots and the guides.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
