PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to form a reinforcement member without processing for forming the reinforcement member by forming the reinforcement member during production processing of a dive integrated circuit.;CONSTITUTION: A display panel(210) includes a display module mounted on a terminal body. The display panel outputs sight information of the display module. A drive integrated circuit(220) is installed in a single-side of the display panel. The drive integrated circuit permits a signal for driving in the display panel. A reinforcing member is formed in order to cover the single-side of the drive integrated circuit.
